What to get in touch about

2RE Club is a one-person project: the tools are built and maintained by one developer, and there is no support team behind the form. That is also why the messages that arrive tend to be useful — they come from people actually using the things.

Suggest a tool

Most of the tools here started as somebody's annoyance. Tell me the job you are trying to do and what you use instead today, and it is much likelier to get built.

Report a bug

Include the tool, your browser, and the input that broke it. A screenshot or the exact text you pasted usually saves a round trip.

Frequently asked questions

Usually within two business days. Bug reports and broken-tool reports get looked at first, since somebody is stuck right now; feature ideas can sit for a while before they turn into anything.

Not always, and I would rather say so up front. Tools here stay small, client-side-first and single-purpose, so requests that need an account, a database of user data or a subscription tend to get reshaped into something simpler — or politely declined.

Say so and include the URL, and it comes down. That applies to the photographs in the hairstyles gallery and to anything in the OCR uploads folder — the OCR tool keeps copies of uploaded images on the server, and they can be deleted on request.
